Songs


People listen to different types of music. We find that music put us into a certain mood or helps us feel better about a sistuation. Personally, 90% of the time I listen to gospel. My favorite Artist is Fred Hammond he has a song called "Just To Be Close To You." This is my favorite song, it sets a tone for worship (that is what is was written for). The lyrics are:

Is my desire

When things are not going the way they should, I think of this song and it help to claim my fears. As long as my desire is to be closer to Jesus, then I know whatever the storm brings will only help closen my relationship with Christ. The more I pray, the more I hear His voice. The harder this road gets the more I long to be with him. Even when I am not in trouble, my mind is still fixed on being in his presence at all times.
