God's Goodness


Today I woke up with a big smile on my face. I went to wake Elisha up. He was glad to see my face. We brushed our teeth. looked at them in the mirror. Elisha say "see my teeth all clean. Let me see your's Mommy." I laugh and show him mine. Everyday is a new day, you never know what's going to happen.

When we know about God and his goodness we have to give him praise. As I woke up this morning the only thing on my mind was God is good. I could open my eyes, hear the wind blowing on the window and I was able to smile. Praising God for giving me the little things makes appreciate the big things even more.

Pslam 23:1-6

1The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
3He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
4Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
6Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.
